The service we offer

We know that many people like to plan their journey. You can book with us at any point, including when you need to travel at short notice but we allow you to book your journey up to three months in advance. We aim to pick you up within 10 minutes if you are located centrally and we will always try and provide you with the nearest driver. We are focused on delivering the best standard of service when it comes to waiting times and being picked up so when you want comfort and reliability, rely on us.

We know that people look for flexibility when it comes to finance, and we allow you to pay in a number of ways. You can pay for your journey at the point of booking or you can pay at the time of the journey. You can pay by cash or by card and of course, our business and personal account holders can pay through their account. We offer complimentary 4G Wi-Fi services in all of our cars and if you need to charge your phone on the journey, we have a charger in every vehicle.

We also want you to feel comfortable which is why we provide tinted windows and climate control options as standard. Whether you are looking to stay cool or you want to be cosy, our cars put you fully in control at all times.

We service all of our vehicles on a regular basis and we keep our cars as clean as possible. If you’re looking for peace of mind when it comes to travelling, we are the taxi firm you need to call on.
